**As of April 08, 2025, the project was awarded to Globe Contractors Inc., with an awarded amount of $833,556.25.** Project involves the replacement of approximately 1,950 L.F. of 12- inch sanitary sewer, 7 sanitary manholes, sanitary lateral replacement, temporary sewer bypassing, two Contract options for asphalt pavement repair, minor concrete curb and gutter repair, erosion control, traffic control, and landscape restoration. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to as liquidated damages. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
