Raton Public Service is accepting competitive sealed bids for the Voltage Conversion Project - Project # RPS-2025-01. The scope of work will primarily involve an Electrical Contracting Crew working independently and/or in collaboration with the RPS Line Crew. The Electrical Contracting Crew must possess a comprehensive understanding of both 4.16 kV and 13.8 kV distribution lines in the area to facilitate the conversion process, utilizing the provided maps and coordinating with the RPS Superintendent. The contractor will be responsible for all excavation activities, with NM811 documentation available on-site. RPS will provide the necessary materials and hardware. See "Specifications" section of project manual for more details.
