Reference Number 0000376693 The Morris County Park Commission requests bids from qualified vendors for the Refuse & Recycling Collection and Disposal Services at Various Park Commission Locations This bid proposal is for the furnishing of refuse & recycling collection and disposal services to be performed under this specification comprising the furnishing and supplying, at the expense of the contractor, all necessary labor, transportation and equipment including specified receptacles, tools, materials, and incidentals required to perform the service of collecting, removing and disposing of all refuse from the locations as specified. The Morris County Park Commission is soliciting bid proposals from solid waste and recycling collectors interested in providing refuse & recycling collection and disposal services for a period of three (3) years, to commence on June 1, 2025 and ending on May 31, 2028, in accordance with the terms of these Bid Specifications and N.J.AC. 7:26H-6 et seq.; and with the option of two (2) additional one-year extensions in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq., for a total not to exceed five (5) years May 31, 2030.
