Demolish existing carbon steel hydraulic piping and hose assemblies connecting two parallel hydraulic power units (HPU) to two hydraulically operated 24-inch diameter horizontal multi-jet sleeve valves and four hydraulically operated 24-inch trunnion mounted ball valves. The work is in a ground-level Hydraulic equipment building and a confined space vault, with the only access through a hatch to a ladder descending approximately 20'. Replace the demolished piping with Type 316 stainless steel seamless hydraulic tube and compression fittings. 3. Reuse the existing strut hanger and floor-mounted strut framing. 4. Fill the new piping system with oil prefiltered to 10 microns and flush until the sampled oil test results are within the ISO standard limits specified in section 40 22 15. 5. Perform a hydrostatic test at 3,000 psi. 6. Miscellaneous work and clean-up.
