Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Delanco, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Questions and/or interpretations are to be presented within ten (10) business days prior to the bid opening. The Project generally includes: installing new compliant handicap ramps, including removing and replacing concrete curb and associated asphalt pavement, replacing 4 thick concrete sidewalk, installing concrete header curb as directed, detectable warning surfaces, and striping crosswalks and stop bars using a thermoplastic paint. The Base Bid contains 10 handicap ramps, Alternate Bid #1 contains 3 handicap ramps, Alternate Bid #2 contains 2 handicap ramps, and Alternate Bid #3 contains 2 handicap ramps. Each bid must be accompanied by (i) all documents listed on the Bid Document Submission Checklist, as applicable, and (ii) a bid guarantee in an amount not less than Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid price as established in the Bid, not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($20,000.00). The bid guarantee must be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check, must be drawn to the order of Delanco Township and must be delivered simultaneous with the sealed bid. Delanco Township shall reject any bid that contains material nonconformities or conditions or which is materially nonresponsive. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
