Manheim Corp. invites qualified Proposers to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services for Mechanical services at the WVU School of Dentistry, located on the Health Sciences Campus. Location: WVU School of Dentistry, Health Sciences Campus 64 Medical Center Drive Morgantown, WV 26505. Cutoff for Questions: Date: March 3, 2025 Time: 3:00pm EST All Questions shall be submitted to Manheim Corp - WVU will NOT answer questions associated with this solicitation. Anticipated start date for work shall be April 1, 2025. Anticipated completion date for work shall be TBD. Proposer to state total duration for work, not including the 10-day waiting perio SCOPE OF WORK: Provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the electrical work for Phase 1 as defined by the following and as required by the contract documents including: • Drawings Issued for Bid dated October 16, 2024 • Project Specifications / Project Manual dated October 16, 2024 • All work shown on drawings M0.1-1 through M8.0-1, P0.1-1 through P7.1-1 • For related dental equipment refer to drawings Q1.4 through Q7.1.4-1 • All work required by project specifications including but not limited to Division 22 Plumbing, Division 23 HVAC, and Division 7 Thermal & Moisture as applies to this trade. All work to be performed in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations, as well as WVU Design and Construction Standards along with applicable Project Drawings and Specifications listed above Plumbing piping systems, including: 1. Cast iron sanitary and vent piping where required. 2. PVC piping where permitted. 3. Copper domestic water piping. 4. Copper compressed air piping. 5. Copper medical gas piping. 6. CPVC Vacuum piping. b. Plumbing fixtures, including water closets, lavatories, sinks or any plumbing fixtures required, with specified carriers and accessories. c. Plumbing manifolds, outlets, valves, boxes, connections as required to provide complete functioning systems. d. Mechanical piping, valves, fittings for HVAC hot water supply and return. e. Steam piping if required. f. Connections to existing building systems as required. g. Ductwork including VAV boxes. h. Temperature controls by Siemens. i. Testing and balancing as required. j. All mechanical piping, ductwork, and plumbing piping insulation. k. Provide coordination drawings for all work. Establish field dimensions prior to completing coordination drawings. l. Selective demolition of ductwork and piping to be removed per construction drawings. m. Selective demolition required to achieve the Mechanical work scope. n. Removal of all demolition debris, waste, and crating/packaging, to dumpsters on property as directed by Manheim. o. Firestopping and fire sealants as required. p. 2% City of Morgantown B&O Tax. q.
