Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Lakewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
A description of the Work to be performed, including all materials and labor necessary for completion of the Work, is: The playground for the community. A Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Bid amount will be required. The Bid Bond will be retained by Owner as liquidated damages should the Successful Bidder fail to enter into a Contract with the Owner in accordance with the Bid. Bidders must supply a list of Subcontractors providing $10,000 or more in labor and/or materials to the Project. The Successful Bidder for the Project will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract Price, in conformity with the requirements of the Contract Documents. Bidders are hereby advised that the Owner reserves the right to not award a Contract until sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Bids, and Bidders expressly agree to keep their Bids open for the sixty (60) daytime period.
