The Festus R-VI School District is currently seeking proposals for the removaland replacement of approximately 3300 sq ft of VCT tile flooring in the Festus IntermediateSchool cafeteria. This project is a "turnkey" solution that will include the purchase of materialand labor for installation and configuration of said items to satisfy the needs and requirementsas outlined in the specifications of this RFP.Work is to be scheduled after June 23, 2025 and completed by August 10, 2025 Scope of Services:Demolition: Remove and dispose of approximately 3300 sq ft of existing VCT tile flooring. Remove approximately 240 linear feet of cove base. Remove any existing adhesive as needed.Construction: Prep floor as needed to install new flooring. Install new VCT flooring and cove base per owners specifications.
