Otlowski Sr. Center for Mental Health Care. 7.2. SCOPE OF WORK Provide pricing for new and/or refurbished analyzers and generator listed below: Beckman Coulter AU 480 or equal for Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, General Chemistry - see attachment for detailed specifications. Beckman Coulter Access 2 Immunoassay or equal for PSA, FT4, Testosterone, Vitamin D, ETC - see attachment for detailed specifications. Beckman Coulter DXH 500 or equal for CBC 5 Part Diff - see attachment for detailed specifications. Sciex Triple Quad 4500 or equal for Toxicology - see attachment for detailed specifications. Peak Scientific Nitrogen Generator or equal - see attachment for detailed specifications. Brand names or equivalent 7.3. CONTRACT PERIOD The contract shall commence from the date of award for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Any services ordered or made within thirty (30) days after the Contract expires shall be under the same terms and conditions specified in the bid and contract prices submitted by the vendor, unless said vendor indicates, in writing, thirty (30) days prior to the contract expiration, that it will not be bound by said terms, conditions and contract prices. 7.4. METHOD OF AWARD Prospective bidders shall have the option of bidding on any/or all items. Contract (s) shall be awarded on a Per Item Basis. 7.5. REQUIREMENTS Equipment Training For certain equipment listed in this solicitation, training sessions are to be offered for at least one (1) experienced operator with airfare, course material, lodging and meals covered at the vendors expense. Verichem Linearity Standards All equipment requiring Verichem Linearity Standards should be provided by vendor. 7.6. DELIVERY INFORMATION Delivery shall be made by appointment by contacting Joseph Kadian @ 732-376-6719 or Alex Michals @ 732-376-6725 located at 570 Lee St, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861 All deliveries shall be made within thirty (30) days after notification or as specified elsewhere within these specifications. All prices shall be net F.O.B. destination. All products delivered shall be in original containers, properly marked for identification, in type and size specified in the bid and shall be delivered in first class condition, free from damage of any nature. In the event the delivery is not made as specified, the County of Middlesex reserves the right to obtain the items on the open market from any available source. In such event, the amount required to be purchased from another source shall be deducted from the successful bidder's contract and any difference in price required to be paid by the County due to contractor's failure to perform shall be charged to the defaulting contractor and may be deducted from any monies due or to become due from it.
