A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Willow Pond Park - Fieldhouse Improvements No bid will be received unless in writing on the forms furnished, and unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or a certified check made payable to The City of Perth Amboy in an amount equal to 10% of the total bid, but not exceeding $20,000. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond, a 100% Payment Bond, and an Environmental bond with a Surety Company licensed in the State of New Jersey, and meet the requirements of P.L. 1096, Chapter 384. The Surety Company should also be listed in the latest version of the U.S. Department of Treasury Circular 570. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in bids received. We ask that all bidders submit all questions in writing to the Purchasing Agent by April 10, 2025, until 12:00 noon and the City will provide answers by April 11, 2025 by noon. Sealed Bids for the above named Goods and Services, which consists of improvements to the Rosengarten Park, formerly Fink Park including, but not limited to, new concrete sidewalk, paver areas, wooden stage and performance platform, wooden deck with steel guardrails, counters and counter seating, ADA accessible pathways, arched trellis entryway, site lighting, shade structures, site water service and bottle filler, site amenities and landscaping. All work is to be completed in accordance with the Project specifications.
