Otlowski Center Lab & Exam Room Fit Out Sealed envelopes bearing the names of the project and address of the bidder on the outside, addressed to the Board of County Commissioners of Middlesex County, and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond for not less than 10% of the amount bid, but not exceeding $20,000 and be delivered at the place and on the hours above mentioned. Questions or requests for information must be submitted in writing as per Section 101.04 and received by: August 25, 2025. The County will not be responsible for verbal answers to bidders questions. Inquiries received by the Engineer less than 14 calendar days prior to the bid opening date will not be answered. Responses to the questions will be sent in writing by: August 28, 2025. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with applicable law.
