Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of April 14, 2025 the project was awarded to Fabrizi Trucking & Paving, with an awarded amount of $2,088,753.50.** The work shall be performed within the right-of-way of Brookpark Drive from Northhampton Road to the intersection with Eleanora Drive, Eleanora Drive from Bookpark Drive east intersection to Bookpark Drive west intersection, Hoffman Drive from the Eleanora Drive intersection to the Woodbrook Road intersection, and Woodbrook Road from the Northhampton Road intersection to the Hoffman Drive intersection. The Contractor shall furnish tools, equipment, material, labor, services and drawings, as required, for the complete construction of 8" waterline, hydrants, valves, tie-ins to existing waterlines, existing copper water service tie-ins or replacement copper services, concrete road base with hook bolts to existing concrete, asphalt pavement, concrete drive approaches, curbs, sidewalk, seeding and mulching and construction associated therewith. The work shall include but not be limited to the following: 1) Excavation of a strip of existing roadway consisting of asphalt pavement and excavation to grade. 2) Remove and replace driveway approaches as required for main line installation and service connections. 3) Excavation pits at main and curb boxes and installing replacement water services as required. 4) Install sand bedding and low strength mortar- type 2 backfill as needed. Plate or barricade as necessary for safety. 5) Removal or abandonment capping of existing water line, hydrants, valve boxes and installation of the new water line, hydrants and valves. 6) Restoration of excavated area with in-kind material and seeding and mulching as required. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties making the same, and all parties interested therein, and must be accompanied by a bond or certified check in the sum of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, on a solvent bank, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into. The successful bidder must post a Performance, Payment, Maintenance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid. The Director of Public Service reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any proposal.
