Ingham County Purchasing, on behalf of the Ingham County Trust Fund Coordinator, is seeking competitive proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified and experienced consultant for prevailing wage technical assistance and monitoring services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, direct consultation and one-on-one technical assistance with contractors and subcontractors who have varying levels of experience completing projects in compliance with the County's Prevailing Wage requirements. Services to be available for projects funded through various County, State and Federally funded sources, and located in Ingham County, including certified payroll monitoring for compliance with the County Prevailing Wage requirement. DBA Construction types of construction will typically be residential and/or building. Occasionally there may be a need for heavy and highway consulting. Question Deadline - 03/17/2025 at 3:00 PM E - The deadline for submitting final question. All responses, inquires, and correspondence relating to this RFP and all reports, charts, displays, schedules, exhibits and other documentation produced by the proposers that are submitted as part of the proposal shall become the property of the County after the proposal submission deadline . The proposal price must be firm for County acceptance for ninety (90) days from the proposal opening date, unless the proposer specifically notes otherwise. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in proposals, and/or to negotiate separately the terms and conditions of all or any part of the proposals as determined to be in the County's best interests at its sole discretion even though not the lowest cost.
