The City is seeking bids for soil screening services of an onsite stockpile, and management of the screened output soil to maintain production. The work will be performed at the Trail Waste Facility, 4475 Trail Road. Project scope and payment for a fixed per cubic meter price includes screening stockpiled soil of various quality to a size no greater than four inch. The Contractor shall supply all necessary skilled labour, materials, fuel, machinery, mobilization and demobilization, traveling time, tools and additional screening machinery (if required) to perform the work. (a)The period of contract shall commence on the date of issuance of a purchase order and shall end on 31 December 2025. (b)The City may, at its discretion, extend the period of contract for two (2) additional one (1) year terms subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and provided the contract pricing, terms and conditions for the extended period are acceptable to the City and the Contractor. Commercial General Liability insurance issued on an occurrence basis for an amount of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence for any negligent acts or omissions by the Contractor.
