To supply and deliver Granular Materials with and without water on an as and when requested basis to various City Locations. Granular A, Granular B Type II 50 mm (2") modified, Granular B Type II 75 mm (3") modified, Granular B Type II 100 mm (4"), Granular M, Stone Dust, Gabion Stone and Rip-Rap. Commercial General Liability insurance issued on an occurrence basis for an amount of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence for any negligent acts or omissions by the Contractor. Such insurance shall include, but is not limited to, bodily injury, death and property damage including loss of use: premises, property and operations liability; products and broad form completed operations liability; blanket contractual liability; cross liability; severability of interest clause; contingent employers liability; personal injury liability; owner's and contractor's protective coverage; non-owned automobile liability; broad form property damage; employees as Additional Insured; and occurrence property damage. The Commercial General Liability insurance policies shall be in the name of the Contractor and shall name the City of Ottawa as an Additional Insured. The period of contract shall commence on 16 May 2025 and shall end on 15 May 2026.
