Site work for a water / sewer project in Macy, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Omaha Tribe of Nebraska will accept bids from qualified contractors for the construction of individual and community water and sewer facilities at scattered sites on the Omaha Reservation, Thurston County, Nebraska. The scope of work includes furnishing, on a requirements basis, all labor, equipment and materials for the construction individual and community facilities to serve individual home sites. Estimated quantities have been entered into the bid schedule but due to the differing site conditions throughout the reservation the quantities will change based on the need of each location. The contract price shall not exceed $160,000 per year or $480,000 for the term. There is no guarantee of a minimum amount of work, but it is estimated to be $80,000 per year . The total contract price will not be increased without prior authorization from the Owner via the change order process. The contract term will extend to December 31, 2028 Est. Completion Date: Dec. 31, 2028 Question Deadline 03/20/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
