Description

Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Allegan, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

Contractor shall replace the aging HVAC equipment specified herein at the Allegan County Youth Home Building located at 2243 33rd Street, Allegan, Michigan 49010. Deadline for Questions to be submitted 3:00 PM on March 19, 2025 Deadline for Countys response to questions 5:00 PM on March 21, 2025 Additional cost of Performance and Payment Bonds if Base Bid exceeds $50,000. A performance bond satisfactory to the County, executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Michigan or otherwise secured in a manner satisfactory to the County, in an amount equal to 100% of the price specified in this Agreement. Assuming an award notification around April 15, 2025, state when your firm would anticipate scheduling the replacement the Youth Home HVAC System. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept the proposal or any part thereof which it determines to best serve the needs of the County and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals
