Site work for a mixed-use development in Allegan, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; municipal facility; and road / highway.

New signs will all be replacing existing signs with some changes in location as noted in Exhibit A, B and C. As shown in the photos in Exhibit A and C, all building signs are currently installed on brickwork pedestals above concrete slabs except for the Youth Home and Animal Shelter signs which are mounted on posts. Contractor may demolish and replace existing brickwork or may cover the brickwork with aluminum panels when replacing these signs. All building signs are to be illuminated and all currently have an electrical connection except for the Youth Home and Animal Shelter. For the Animal Shelter, the nearest electrical connection is in the Mechanical Room of the Animal Shelter which is on the opposite side of the wall from the generator on the south side of the building. Contractor shall design, furnish and install outdoor entrance, building and directional signs at various locations throughout the County as further described herein. 1.1.1 15 building / directional signs for the County Services Complex located on the northeast corner of 122 nd Avenue and 33 rd Street based on the general designs and specifications shown in Exhibit A. 1.1.2 11 entrance signs for 9 Allegan County Parks based on the general designs and specifications shown in Exhibit B. 1.1.3 Two building / directional signs at the Allegan County Sheriff & Corrections Center located at 640 Rivers St., Allegan MI as shown in Exhibit C based on the general designs and specifications shown in Alternate #1 if approved. Minor variations to the general designs and specifications shown in Exhibit A, B and C are acceptable provided they are noted in Contractor's proposals and approved by the County. 1.3 Contractor shall provide or sub-contract any electrical work needed to hook-up each illuminated signs.
