Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Allegan, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Contractor shall replace the aging cooling system equipment for the walk-in fridge and freezer used for food storage at the Allegan County Youth Home Building located at 2243 33rd Street, Allegan, Michigan 49010 as specified herein. Assuming an award notification around April 15, 2025, state when your firm would anticipate scheduling the cooling system replacements. Additional cost of Performance and Payment Bonds if Base Bid exceeds $50,000. A performance bond satisfactory to the County, executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Michigan or otherwise secured in a manner satisfactory to the County, in an amount equal to 100% of the price specified in this Agreement. Deadline for Questions to be submitted 3:00 PM on March 19, 2025 Deadline for Countys response to questions 5:00 PM on March 21, 2025Questions in writing to the attention of: Patti Wartella - Project Management Specialist Allegan County - County Services Building 3283 122nd Ave Allegan, MI 49010 projects@allegancounty.org. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept the proposal or any part thereof which it determines to best serve the needs of the County and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals. While cost is a factor in any contract award, it is not the only factor and may not be the determining factor.
