Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Masontown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Bidders should note that projects contained in this solicitation must be completed by April 25,2025. Bids are solicited for the following: Menallen Township Public Safety Building Parking Lot Improvements Project (2501) and Fayette County-Wide Demolitions Masontown Borough and Point Marion Borough (2502). A Bid Bond or other security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) ofthe total ofthe bid shall be submitted with each bid. Certain Federal and State requirements govern work on the project(s) including, but not limited to payment ofprevailing wages, non-discrimination in hiring and employment, and minority and women business enterprise utilization, all ofwhich are more fully described in the contract documents. B RACF reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
