Renovation of a fire / police facility in Rockport, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

All bids for this project are subject to applicable bidding laws of Massachusetts, including General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A to 44J inclusive, as amended. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine which bid is, in the OWNER'S judgment, the lowest responsive bid of a bidder or group of bidders. The OWNER also reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid and to delete certain items listed in the bid as set forth therein. Estimated construction cost: $ 500,000. The scope of work is the construction of upgrades to the HVAC system at the Police Department Station and associated supporting electrical and controls infrastructure. The project includes but is not limited to demolition of the existing AHU, construction of a new AHU and condensing unit, construction of a dedicated HVAC system for the Dispatch Room, dampers, and other upgrades as identified in the Contract Documents. The Town of Rockport, the Owner/ Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Prime HVAC Contractors for the construction of the Police Department Station HVAC Upgrades, located at 168 Main St, Rockport, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Tetra Tech Inc Question Deadline 03/27/2025
