Renovation of a municipal facility in Rockport, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Recover the Gymnasium roof (Roof A) with a PVC KEE single ply membrane, Restore the Foyer and Cafeteria Roof (Roof B) with an Alphaguard FC LO Fluid applied coating (Bid Alt to recover Roof B with a PVC KEE membrane), Replace the Canopy Roof (Roof C) and Hallway Roof (Roof D) with new code compliant insulation, tapered insulation, cover board and a PVC KEE membrane. Repair wood roof planks, gypsum planks, curbs, and flashings as needed per the attached Specifications and Drawings. Repair, repoint and coat existing masonry wall and chimney, and restore and coat existing EIFS wall in accordance with Plans and Technical Specifications. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
