Reference Number 0000379814 Delivery Point: 4175 Castleton Court Castle Rock, Colorado United States 80109 Seeking construction administration assistance and inspection services for the Town's Crowfoot Valley Roadway Widening Projct (the "Project"). The work to be performed includes oversight, inspection and construction management services to support the Town staff during the construction of the project. The support activities sought with this RFP generally include project management, project oversight, inspection and project engineering duties. General Description - The support activities sought with this Request for Proposals (RFP) generally include project management, project oversight, inspection and project engineering duties in support of the Town's construction Project. Further details of specific duties/activities to be performed by the consultant are outlined in section 4.13 of this RFP. The construction scope of work generally includes: removing & replacing existing asphalt and concrete pavements, additional asphalt and concrete pavements on widened sections of roadway, earthwork, utility relocation, sanitary sewer construction, water line (hydrant) relocations, private utility relocation coordination, stormwater/draianage improvements, singal installation, erosion control installation and maintenance, ADA and pedestrian improvements. The construction work will commence upon the issuance of Notice to Proceed which is anticipated to be in mid - April, and is anticipated to be complete by the end of 2025. The majority of services contemplated within this RFP will be expended during this time, but will continue through project closeout and construction contract warrenty periods into 2026.
