**As of May 7, 2025, the project was awarded to Polster but the awarded amount is not available.** The Westerville City School District Board of Education is accepting sealed bids as provided in this notice for construction work on the following project: Genoa Middle School Cooler/Freezer Replacement. The combined total advertised construction cost for the four projects is $150,000.00. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Single Bid Package to include General Trades, Fire Suppression, Electrical (including fire alarm), and Kitchen Equipment work for the remodeling of the existing facility. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee meeting the requirements described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
