Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Airdrie, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Re-tiling of lap pool and dive tank, replacing handrails into the pools, replace Aquatics main entrance doors from hinged to sliding doors, replace existing acoustic panels with new in Aquatics area and regrout tile in Leisure Pool and deck. The project includes but isn't limited to: Aquatics Upgrade: Tiling of dive tank and main pool. The scope of work includes removal of the existing marcite liner finish, prepping surface to receive new tile finish as noted in the drawings and specifications. Handrail replacement into the pools. Replacement of aquatics entrance hinged doors with sliding doors to match the accessibility offered at the other 3 main entrances to the building and as noted in the drawings and specifications. Redesign the access to Aquatics Center family change room to remove the maze entry and also expand accessibility family change room with adult change room with adult change table. Life-cycle Acoustical Panels: Replacing existing acoustic panels with new in Aquatics area. Grouting around Leisure Pool: Re-grout tile in pool basin and deck.
