** As of June 30, 2025, project was awarded to Rose Construction, with awarded amount $224,878 ** The Project Involves Remodeling the Existing Single Story, Wood Framed Building Measuring 43' X 60', Located at 269 West Washington Street, in Morgantown. The Facility Will House the Town Offices, Police Offices, and an Assembly Room. The Bidder is Responsible for Inspecting the Project Site and for Reading and Being Thoroughly Familiar With the Requirements for the Contract. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or acceptable bidders bond made payable to the Town in a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, which check or bond will be held by the Town as security that the bidder will enter into a contract with the Town within ten (10) days of notice of contract award. The successful bidder shall submit, along with the executed contract, performance and payment bonds guaranteeing full and faithful performance of the work and materials, issued by an acceptable surety company, The bond must remain in full force and effect throughout .
