Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Morgantown, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
A. Perform Work of Contract under Lump Sum Contract with Owner according to Conditions of Contract. B. Contract Documents Advertisement for Bids, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Supplemental Conditions, Contract Drawings, Contract Technical Specifications and Addenda describe the work to be performed for this Project. Related provisions of this Project include, but are not necessarily limited to the following 1. Become familiar with existing site conditions and restrictions. 2. Research and identify all underground utilities prior to submitting a bid on any work on the Project. 3. Coordinate work of all Subcontractors and material suppliers under this Contract. 4. Testing of all materials and installations. 5. Requirements of the Project Owner. 6. Requirements of the owners of utilities, facilities and / or land impacted by the Contract work. 7. It is recognized that Contract work is unavoidably affected or influenced by governing regulations, natural phenomenon including weather conditions, work of other Contractors, and other forces outside the Contract Documents. Question Deadline 05/26/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documentsto Engineer in writing. Submit questions via email to Todd Trinkle at ttrinkle@lochgroup.com. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The scope of work consists of the construction of a new regional extended aeration wastewater treatment facility to service Helmsburg residents and portions of the Brown County Regional Sewer District. The proposed project includes an influent pump station, influent screening, an AeroMod extended aeration treatment system, UV disinfection, post aeration, site work, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical and instrumentation work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract and shall be on a Lump Sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office upon non-refundable payment for each set. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
