Remodeling of an educational facility in Valparaiso, Indiana. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; and educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for interior finish improvements to Benjamin Franklin Middle School and Thomas Jefferson Middle School. All work for the complete construction of the project will be under one or more prime contracts with the owner, managed by the construction manager. Construction will be in accordance with the bidding documents available for examination and download. Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid must accompany each bid. Successful bidders will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of their contract amount prior to contract execution. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive irregularities in bidding. All bids may be held for up to 60 days before awarding contracts. Question Deadline 04/17/2026 Questions for this Project shall be directed to the Construction Manager and the Architect. Prospective Bidders in doubt as to the true meaning of a part of the Drawings, Specifications, or other Contract Documents shall submit to the Construction Manager and the Architect, not less than ten (10) days before the date of the bid, a written request for interpretation and clarification.
