The project is to improve storm water infrastructure within the Rolling Meadows subdivision, enhancing drainage and storm water management services for surrounding property owners. The work is primarily located along Largura Drive and Angelica Court within the subdivision. Work includes saw cutting and removal of existing pavement, concrete and curb removal, pipe removal, pipe abandonment with grout fill, common excavation, storm sewer installation via open trench construction, roadway reconstruction up to the intermediate layer, concrete driveway replacement, concrete curb and gutter, installation and maintenance of erosion control devices, landscape restoration, and maintaining traffic and resident access on all subdivision streets and driveway approaches. The contractor must perform all duties and furnish the labor, materials, tools, equipment, and other incidentals required to complete the project. The work must be completed in a timely, organized, and sequential manner, and the successful bidder must commit adequate resources to complete the work within the contract schedule.
