The Work will include, but will not be limited to, providing all labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances for the following, as further described in the Contract Documents: Contract No. 1- General Construction: The project generally consists of the installation of a 500,000 gallon elevated water storage tank of the composite design; tank mixing system; painting; control valves; exposed and buried ductile iron piping including piping to bypass existing system facilities to be taken out of service; electrical utility service connection equipment; standby generator with buried propane fuel tank; controls including radio communication; cellular alarm panel; lighting; grounding; power and control wiring; site work; paving; E&S control devices; demolition and removal of existing control valve vault and associated piping; and surface restoration. Contractor must submit verification forms acknowledging compliance with the Federal law concerning the use of the E-Verify Program. Providing verification is a pre-condition of the award of the contract. In addition, prior to commencing work on the project, the Contractor shall submit all subcontractor verification forms. This contract is subject to Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 conditions. This contract is subject to the non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions.
