Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Radnor Township, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of a 10' walking path with 5' seeded buffer between the walking path and roadway. Work includes earth work, installation of pipe culverts, pedestrian activated warning signs, pavement markings, and other related work. Cedar Hills Drive Trail Crossing For bidding documents that must be mailed, an additional postage fee will be assessed and billed. Each bidder shall be qualified in accordance with the requirements of Section 102, Bidding Requirements and Conditions of the Standard Specifications of the Illinois Department of Transportation, effective January 1, 2022. Proposal guarantees will be required. The Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technicalities. The County, in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that the contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
