Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bayfield, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Successful Firm Should Provide the Following Services Including, but Not Limited to: 1- Assisting in Obtaining Any Permits, and Coordinating With Associated Governing Agencies. 2- Provide Topographic and Soil Studies for the Building Site. 3-preparation of Preconstruction Engineering Design Development, Drawings, or Other Services Required for the Grant Application Being Prepared on Behalf of Mifl Llc and the Town of La Pointe Harbor Commission. These Services Include Calculations for the Dock Reconstruction and Oversight of the Project to Ensure Compliance With the Plan. 4- Create the Bid and Engineering Specifications for the Construction Portion of the Project. This Project Will Be Placed at the Mifl Bayfield Dock, in the City of Bayfield, Bayfield County, Wisconsin. The Project Will Be Carried Out During Spring of 2025. A Bid Security of 5% of the Amount Bade Should Accompany the Sealed Envelope. Award Resolution Will Be Done on 04 April 2025. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
