Renovation of a library in Bayfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The project includes tuckpointing (repointing) the exterior brick, brownstone sills and lintels at the windows, and brownstone corner quoins above the level of the brownstone foundation. Start Date: May 6, 2025, Depending on Weather Conditions Completion Date: July 31, 2025 Only qualified General contractors may submit bids on this project work. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waiver any informalities and irregularities in bidding, and to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the Owner. All bids remain subject to acceptance for thirty (30) days after the day of the bid opening, but the owner may, in its sole discretion, release any bid and return it prior to that date.
