Request for Bids for CRS-2P Garfield County Public Works is requesting Sealed Bids for 165 tons of CRS-2P delivered to the sites and to be used beginning around June 23, 2025. Materials shall meet or exceed current WSDOT Standard Specifications and/or amendments thereto. Acceptance of materials shall be as per WSDOT Standard Specifications and/or amendments thereto. Garfield County reserves the right to sample and test each load delivered to the site for quality. Materials not meeting minimum specification are subject to penalties as per WSDOT Standard Specifications, which may include no payment for rejected materials. For information regarding the project site and delivery locations, or any other questions, please call Steve Gormsen at 509-843-1301. The bids shall include all applicable taxes, including the Hazardous Substance Tax, and any other fees or costsassociated with the supply and delivery of the product.
