Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richlands, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for striping highways, painting curbs and replace reflectors once new pavement is in place. Successful bidder will coordinate timing of stated work before and after milling and paving of same streets, and such milling and paving work has been awarded under a previous bid.
