Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Plainfield Elementary School Ramp and Walkway Construction Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. Bidders are advised that all work performed on this project is subjectto Prevailing Wage Rates as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to the Pen Argyl Area School District in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond equal to100% of the contract price. Surety shall be satisfactory to the School District.
