The City of West Haven is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of a storm sewer on Park Terrace Avenue. The selected contractor will be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and providing all labor, materials, and equipment required for pavement removal, trench excavation, pipe installation, site restoration, and related work. All work must comply with Connecticut State DOT Standard Specifications (Form 819 or latest version). The scope includes, but is not limited to: Installation of 135 linear feet of 15-inch HDPE pipe Pavement removal, disposal, and restoration Installation of a new catch basin and connections to existing basins Gravel fill, trench excavation, and site restoration Question Deadline 03/26/2025 at 2:00 PM ET The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid that serves its best interests.
