Boardwalk Deck Replacement Bids from qualified contractors for the Boardwalk Deck Replacement project at the end of Altschuler Boulevard. The selected contractor will be responsible for the removal and replacement of approximately 3,600 sq. ft. of decking and 60 linear feet of framing, along with railing and post replacements, in compliance with all applicable building standards. This project is subject to CHRO compliance requirements under Connecticut General Statutes 4a-60 and 4a-60a, including nondiscrimination, affirmative action, and set-aside goals for Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women-Owned Businesses (WBEs). Question Deadline 03/27/2025 at 12:00 PM ET The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the proposal in the City's best interest. Respondents must maintain an active Connecticut business license throughout the contract period.
