Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in West Haven, Connecticut. Working plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
sealed bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of an undersized exhaust fan serving both the men's and women's bathrooms at the Oak Street Bath House. The selected contractor will be responsible for removing and disposing of the existing 150 CFM exhaust fan and installing a 300 CFM exhaust fan to improve ventilation and air quality. Work includes proper electrical connections, compliance with HVAC system requirements, and adherence to all building codes. This project is subject to CHRO compliance requirements under Connecticut General Statutes 4a-60 and 4a-60a, including nondiscrimination, affirmative action, and set-aside goals for Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women-Owned Businesses (WBEs). The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the proposal in the City's best interest. Respondents must maintain an active Connecticut business license throughout the contract period.
