Furnish Goods and Special Services consisting of one (1) screw press dewatering system with solids throughput capacity of up to 916 dry pounds per hour with input solids concentration between 1.5 to 2.5 percent total solids (flow rate 125 GPM to 70 GPM). The press output solids concentration shall be a minimum of 14 percent total solids. The screw press system shall include a flocculation tank, two (2) liquid polymer make-down systems, one (1) inclined shaftless screw conveyor, and one (1) horizontal shaftless screw conveyor (horizontal conveyor includes two (2) electrically actuated gates). The screw press dewatering system shall include a Dewatering Control Panel to power and control all equipment associated with the system. The successful bidder (Seller) shall be required to provide performance bond per Idaho statutes.
