Phase 2 will focus on installing primary and secondary signage in and around the business district along State Highway 66 near I-25, enhancing signage branding to improve visibility and recognition, repairing existing wayfinding signs to maintain functionality and appearance, and assessing and recommending improvements for deteriorating signage to ensure long-term effectiveness.
