Located approximately 10 miles from Raleigh and Research Triangle Park, minutes from RTP airport and three tier one research universities, Holly Springs boasts an ecosyste encompassing infrastructure, diverse talent, affordability, and quality of life. The Town of Holly Springs is seeking a qualified NC licensed professional engineering firm to provide the services listed below for the Business Park Pump Station and Force Main Upgrades. The successful firm will provide the following services:There is an existing 16-inch force main, and the pump station currently has two (2) wet wells. One (1) active wet well houses two (2) pumps which convey the permitted capacity of 1,740 GPM at 154 TDH. Upgrades will place the inactive wet well and two (2) new pumps into service, increasing overall pump station capacity to 4,050 GPM, and include construction of a parallel 16-inch force main. Pump Station improvements include, but are not limited to, electrical components, instrumentation and control, andother associated mechanical equipment and appurtenances. Material testing, daily reports, etc. Utility relocations with private and public entities Weekly or bi-weekly construction meetings (combination of virtual and in-person); monthly onsite, meeting minutes, and progress reports Assist Town staff with door hangers, social media, HOA notifications, etc. Punchlist and project closeout As-built survey and record drawings Process, submit, and track all necessary public utility post-construction certifications required by the Town and the State.
