Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope of work: Conversion of the existing fenced in lawn area with an asphalt basketball court into a functional playground space appropriate for adolescents of various ages. The design will address the finish grade, edge condition, and site drainage requirements to support a playground vendor that has selected and will install playground equipment and surface pathway layout. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 31 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed Complete sets of Contract Documents for bidding may be examined free of charge at the campus and at the following locations. SUNY Upstate, Design and Construction, 650 South Salina Street, 2nd floor, Syracuse, NY 13202.
