This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is a non-binding invitation by the Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie (the "Town") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Tree planting and Maintenance, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The Tow of Fort Erie is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive tree planting and maintenance services. The successful contractor will be responsible for the full scope of services required to plant, stake, and water approximately 200 trees annually from April to December, beginning in 2025 and may be extended for two (2) optional one (1) year renewal period, providing that both parties agree. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for the ongoing watering of 72 previously planted trees until December 2025. This contract requires expertise in tree installation and maintenance to ensure the long-term health and sustainability of the newly planted trees.
