Renovation of a library in Edgerton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The replacement boiler system is to provide two boiler units each rated at a minimum required output capacity of 450 KBtu/h along with required piping and controls. Project Description: The City of Edgerton (OWNER) is planning to upgrade the existing hot water heating system boiler at the City library located at 101 Albion Street. The library has two main building structures with a total floor area of 17,266 SF. The existing boiler is a Microflame Series 2 unit with a rated capacity of 1,400 KBtu/h. The OWNER has decided to upgrade the existing system with two smaller high efficiency units to better match the heating loads of the structure and offer redundancy for the system.
