Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete all work. Removal and proper disposal of existing roofing materials. Thorough inspection of the roof deck and structural components to identify and make all necessary repairs. Advising client on material recommendations and options. Shingles must be at minimum 30-year architectural laminate shingles manufactured by GAF, Owen Corning, CertainTeed or equivalent. Shingles should be color matched as close as possible to the existing shingles. Replace well house #4 cedar shake roofing with cedar shakes. Installation of new roofing materials that meet building codes and standards. The new roof should include appropriate underlayment, drip edge, ice and water barrier, flashing, venting, and weatherproofing. Complete cleanup of the job site, ensuring all debris and materials are removed and the site is left in good condition.
