Rehabilitation project to replace the pavement of approximately 2.6 miles of WIS 59 from E Mallwood Drive to County N in the Towns of Fulton and Milton in Rock County. Replace the pavement on WIS 59 from E Mallwood Drive to the Rock River; Install roundabouts on WIS 59 at the intersections of E Mallwood Drive, Ellendale Road, and County N; Remove the N Hillside Drive access to WIS 59 by constructing it into a cul-de-sac; Reconstruct WIS 59 and abutting intersections from the Rock River to County N; Improve drainage along the corridor along with the addition of storm sewer near the new roundabouts; Right-in/right-out access at E Harbor Road (east), left-out access restriction at N Clear Lake Road; Realignment of E Vincent Road (east) and other associated improvements.
