The work to be performed consists, in general, demolition, flooring, cable installation, electrical, wall acoustic installation, texturing and paint. All questions regarding this project are to be submitted in writing by email to eccproject@citrusheights.net with a CC to rcave@citrusheights.net by WEDNESDAY, APRIL 9, 2025 at 5:00 PM. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, cashier's check, certified check or Bidder's Bond made payable to the City of Citrus Heights in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount, such guaranty to be forfeited should the bidder to whom the Contract is awarded fail to enter into the Contract within the time period required by the Contract Documents. The successful bidder will be required to furnish, prior to the performance of any work hereunder, a payment bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price, and a faithful performance bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price. The bonds must be approved by the City. Doc note: Bidders can supply their shipper account number to expedite processing. Electronic Contract Documents (PDF format) can also be ordered for a non-refundable fee of $100.00 per set. All bidders must purchase a complete set of contract documents (hard copy or PDF format) from BPX Printing and Graphics to be included on the online and to receive addenda notifications. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to confirm his/her firm is on the online at BPX Printing and Graphics to ensure receipt of any subsequent communications, including addenda. Contract Documents are not available directly from the City. The City of Citrus Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof, to accept a bid or portion thereof and to waive any minor informality or irregularity.
