Proposers shall carefully examine the entire RFP and any addenda thereto, and all related materials and data referenced in the RFP or otherwise available and shall become fully aware of the nature and the conditions to be encountered in performing the services. The major work tasks for this project include: A. Project Management and Coordination B. Preliminary Engineering and Research C. Public Outreach and Engagement D. Environmental Documentation E. Right-of-Way Services F. Bid Documents (Plans, Specifications, and Estimates) G. Bidding and Construction Support H. (Optional Task) Environmental Monitoring and Pemit Reporting Services The Project shall comply with the requirements of the Caltrans LAPM regarding the anticipated DBE participation level. The Project's design includes approximately 2,380 linear feet of Class 1 (Multi-Use) Trail, a new signalized crossing on Sylvan Road, one (or more) creek crossing, trail lighting and connections to existing trails located within Stock Ranch Nature Preserve. The Class 1 Trail shall consist of 10-foot wide asphalt trail, two two-foot wide decomposed granite shoulders, wayfinding signage and trail lighting consistent with the existing Arcade-Cripple Creek Trail segments within the City. A Project Overview Map for the Sylvan to Stock Ranch Extension is provided in Appendix A. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
