Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Fountain Hills, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Town of Fountain Hills is seeking qualified construction services to address an existing 135 LF of 24-inch corrugated metal (CMP) storm drainage pipe that has reached the end of its life. The contractor shall install a permanent liner inside the western 76 LF of the pipe and remove and replace the eastern 59 LF of pipe with 24 HDPE storm pipe. This storm pipe is located on Love Court in the Courtside Villas neighborhood of Fountain Hills. The project includes site access preparation, pipe-lining installation, slope stabilization for previously disturbed area of work defined and shown as Exhibit A, (compaction and hydro seed) and full site restoration. The Contractor shall be required to furnish non-revocable security binding the Contractor to provide faithful performance of this Contract in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total Contract Price payable to the Town. Performance security shall be in the form of a performance bond, certified check, cashiers check or irrevocable letter of credit Payment security shall be in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total Contract Price and be payable to the Town Question Deadline 05/01/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Bidders shall submit all inquiries regarding this bid via electronic
